About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Product Owner will work with product managers, internal stakeholders, 3rd-party partners and customers to gain a thorough understanding of their product and market needs translating them into feature stories and tasks for development.
- Will be responsible for turning the product vision into an actionable backlog and advocate for the customers’ needs to the development team.
- Drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
- Works cross-functionally with the GHX product, development, implementation, customer support, and domain teams translating market needs into specific tasks.
- Using technical expertise, strong communication skills, strong project management skills and collaborative skills, works to ensure delivery dates are met and acts as a product expert for the internal organization, external partners and customers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, or a combination of education and related experience.
- Minimum of 2 years Product experience, preferably with background in B2B software-based solutions for accounting (AP, AR), payments and/or finance, banking and complex collaboration applications.
- (Preferred) ACH & Card B2B Payments experience
- Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) delivered applications and business models.
