About the role
- We are seeking a client-focused SaaS Consultant to support healthcare supply chain engagements, with a focus on electronic order processing, exception management, and optimizing customer use of GHX solutions.\n
- In this role, you will lead implementation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work directly with GHX-connected customers to drive cost savings, improved productivity, and greater accuracy in business transactions.\n
- You will analyze and configure customer account data and item master data, support EDI and integration efforts, document best practices, repeatable workflows, and process improvement opportunities.\n

- Principal duties and responsibilities:\n
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal development teams\n
- Lead discovery sessions to capture and translate business requirements into actionable SaaS configurations\n
- Lead the collection, cleansing, and configurations of customer master data, item master, and pricing data, ensuring accurate mapping to support order processing and compliance processes\n
- Support and advice on EDI integrations, transaction sets (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810, and 832), and compliance with industry-specific standards\n
- Provide operational consulting on best practices in supply chain, master data management, and customer communications\n
- Creates risk mitigation strategies for client challenges to increase automation adoption.\n
- Deliver training and post-implementation support as needed\n
- Design and deliver polished, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that translate complex data and implementation details into clear, engaging narratives tailored for executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.\n
- Manage client relationships and implementation projects, overseeing project planning, milestone tracking and cross-functional coordination while ensuring alignment with client goals\n
- Provide regular status updated, proactively resolve issues, and support clients through post-go-live stabilization to ensure long-term success and satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business, or combination of education and equivalent work experience.\n
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with medical device Manufacturer/Distributor business processes\n
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS consulting or ERP implementation, ideally within the medical device or life sciences manufacturing space.\n
- Strong working knowledge of EDI workflows and formats relevant to healthcare\n
- Experience with platforms like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or other manufacturing-focused SaaS/ERP tools\n
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and document complex operational processes and translate them into system requirements\n
- Analyze complex datasets, detect anomalies or inefficiencies, and develop data-driven solutions that align with business goals.\n
- Experience in business operations (e.g. order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and master data management)\n
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment\n
- Strong organization and time management skills with a proactive, self-directed work style\n
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining clear communication and alignment with cross-functional teams\n
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to dive into data using Excel or similar tools, identify trends and patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations\n
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% annually
