About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with corporate and private equity clients to assess, develop, and coach investors, CEOs, and c-suite executives across functions, geographies, and portfolio companies.
- Lead engagements at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and complex influencing, bringing both analytical insight and interpersonal agility.
- Elevate the quality of leadership, through powerful, targeted insights that move the needle on executive capability, team effectiveness, and CEO succession.
- Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with executive clients, becoming one of the first people they call to wrestle with their leadership growth and professional challenges.

Requirements
What you’ll need- MBA with relevant strategy consulting experience, or PhD / registered organisational psychologist (typically 7+ years of experience).
- Exceptional ability to build and sustain relationships with senior-level clients.
- Strong analytical capabilities to generate insights from complex data sets.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple client projects.
- A strong track record of success in leadership advisory, management consulting, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to executive audiences.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for how leadership can elevate the performance of organisations.
