About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with corporate and private equity clients to assess, develop, and coach investors, CEOs, and c-suite executives across functions, geographies, and portfolio companies.
Lead engagements at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and complex influencing, bringing both analytical insight and interpersonal agility.
Elevate the quality of leadership, through powerful, targeted insights that move the needle on executive capability, team effectiveness, and CEO succession.
Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with executive clients, becoming one of the first people they call to wrestle with their leadership growth and professional challenges.
Work with kind and brilliant colleagues in a team-first meritocracy, where apprenticeship thrives and collegiality is ever-present.
Engage with leading global IP, including three bestselling books and over 50 articles in esteemed journals (e.g., HBR, Wharton).

Requirements

What you’ll need

MBA with relevant strategy consulting experience, or PhD / registered organisational psychologist (typically 7+ years of experience).
Exceptional ability to build and sustain relationships with senior-level clients.
Strong analytical capabilities to generate insights from complex data sets.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple client projects.
A strong track record of success in leadership advisory, management consulting, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to executive audiences.
An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for how leadership can elevate the performance of organisations.
