About the role
- Serve as a center of excellence for client proposals and go-to-market materials
- Develop clear, compelling and consistent narratives in partnership with Client Managers
- Partner closely with the Director of Growth and the Manager of Client Solutions & Knowledge
- Advance firmwide change initiatives by building connective tissue across practices and teams
- Develop, tailor, and refine high-impact proposals, decks, and RFP responses
- Analyze business development activity to generate insights on win rates and other key BD metrics
- Conduct in-depth research and synthesize insights to enhance existing approaches
- Manage and maintain a centralized library of off-the-shelf qualifications materials
- Enhance and standardize the firm’s externally facing brand identity
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, marketing, Knowledge, or business development role
- Strong relationships orientation, ability to earn trust and credibility with senior leaders
- Experience developing executive-ready materials, including proposals, presentations, or client deliverables
- Experience supporting growth transformations or change management initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with and interest in marketing strategy development and execution
- Experience with business development tools and technology, including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Dun & Bradstreet Hoovers
- Comfort with reporting success metrics and continuously improving processes for efficiency and quality
