About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data
  • Support recruiting and onboarding, including job postings, interview scheduling, background checks, offer letters, and new hire orientation
  • Assist with payroll, benefits, leave administration, and performance review documentation
  • Coordinate HR meetings, training sessions, and employee communications
  • Track compliance training, acknowledgments, and required employment documentation
  • Support I-9 and E-Verify processes
  • Edit and maintain HR policies, procedures, forms, and internal resources
  • Assist with special projects and other HR initiatives as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (ADP experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
