About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the sole HR lead, managing all day-to-day HR operations for the Atlanta office
  • Own full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
  • Partner with leadership on HR strategy, policies, and organizational needs
  • Collaborate regularly with the global HR team in Europe to ensure alignment with company policies
  • Maintain compliance with HR regulations and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • ~5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a standalone or small team environment
  • Experience supporting similar-sized organizations (~50–100 employees) or larger environments with broad responsibility
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally and internationally
  • Self-starter who is confident operating independently and building processes
