About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the sole HR lead, managing all day-to-day HR operations for the Atlanta office
- Own full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
- Partner with leadership on HR strategy, policies, and organizational needs
- Collaborate regularly with the global HR team in Europe to ensure alignment with company policies
- Maintain compliance with HR regulations and best practices
- Support performance management, employee relations, and culture-building efforts
Requirements
What you’ll need- ~5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a standalone or small team environment
- Experience supporting similar-sized organizations (~50–100 employees) or larger environments with broad responsibility
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally and internationally
- Self-starter who is confident operating independently and building processes
