About the role
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for a variety of Accounting and Finance positions.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with hiring managers.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
- Provide professional guidance to job seekers including resume advice and interview coaching.
- Act as a subject matter expert in the Accounting and Finance labor market.
- Manage all aspects of the placement process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle staffing, recruiting, or sales, preferably within the Accounting and Finance sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
