Prepare and review financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP standards.
Lead the annual audit process, coordinating with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
Partner with operations and cost accounting teams to support inventory management, standard costing, and variance analysis.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline accounting processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and professional growth.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
