About the role
- Own the full onboarding journey for new hires — from offer acceptance through Day 90
- Design and run employee engagement initiatives including recognition programs, themed challenges, team-building events, and seasonal celebrations
- Chair the Health & Safety Committee, coordinate inspections and training, maintain compliance documentation
- Partner on cross-functional projects, focusing on AI productivity initiatives
- Support ad hoc People & Culture projects as the company scales
- Help the team with policy reviews and maintaining HRIS
- Support recruiting efforts by coordinating interview scheduling and communication
- Support the administration of employee benefits including answering employee questions and managing enrollment
