About the role

  • Own the full onboarding journey for new hires — from offer acceptance through Day 90
  • Design and run employee engagement initiatives including recognition programs, themed challenges, team-building events, and seasonal celebrations
  • Chair the Health & Safety Committee, coordinate inspections and training, maintain compliance documentation
  • Partner on cross-functional projects, focusing on AI productivity initiatives
  • Support ad hoc People & Culture projects as the company scales
  • Help the team with policy reviews and maintaining HRIS
  • Support recruiting efforts by coordinating interview scheduling and communication
  • Support the administration of employee benefits including answering employee questions and managing enrollment
