About the role

  • - Product Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of product launches, feature adoption and commercial lead generation efforts to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • - Client Adoption & Feedback Analysis: Evaluate client usage patterns and NPS/CSAT feedback to inform product enhancements and drive adoption.
  • - Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing and ad-hoc competitive research to support segment strategy and product positioning.
  • - Roadmap & Prioritization Support: Facilitate the quarterly prioritization process, maintain and update product roadmaps, and track/report on roadmap deliverables.
  • - Team KPI Tracking: Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to monitor team performance against key metrics and goals.
  • - Presentations and Reporting: support Product organization on presentations and analysis using powerpoint, excel, and other workflow tools; own and report out on team KPIs and status of deliverables intended for senior leadership.
  • - Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a connector between Product and other teams, ensuring analytics, insights, and competitive intelligence inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • - 2+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • - Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel), visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and powerpoint.
  • - Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • - Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting product development processes; understanding product management lifecycle.
  • - Bonus Skills:
  • - Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics.
  • - Understanding of customer journey mapping and user research, market segmentation and sizing.
  • - Knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, churn, retention, activation) and digital product ecosystems.
