About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the operational and tactical focal point for ongoing support and interaction with strategic accounts.
Organize and manage the flow of requests across all internal areas of the company, ensuring alignment of priorities and on-time delivery with the expected quality.
Manage expectations and conduct ongoing negotiation with clients and internal teams.
Prepare and present concise, clear, and structured reports for leadership and clients.
Maintain a constant presence and proactive approach focused on building relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

General, hands-on knowledge of project management tools (such as Trello, Asana, Skills, and others).
Experience working in marketing agencies and in direct client contact.
Experience in client relationship management and negotiation.
Strong organizational skills, execution speed, and ability to manage internal and external expectations.
Excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to connect directly with all areas of the company.
Proactive, ownership-driven, and solution-oriented attitude toward problems and opportunities.
