About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Technical data role within the CRM Business Unit, designing analytical architectures and defining data methodologies.
  • Designing data models and analytical pipelines.
  • Developing and applying advanced statistical and machine learning models covering propensity, churn, LTV and segmentation.
  • Standardizing and evolving the BU's dashboard and metrics layer.
  • Designing, executing and analyzing A/B tests and experimentation routines to optimize campaigns.
  • Translating complex models and analyses into actionable strategies and data storytelling presentations for executive audiences.
  • Integrating Artificial Intelligence resources and copilots into the analytical workflow and CRM tools (such as Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce).
  • Guiding analytical decisions and serving as a technical reference for junior and mid-level analysts on the team.
  • Identifying automation opportunities to increase analytical efficiency, reduce rework and optimize operational margins.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience in data analysis, statistical modeling and data intelligence.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency for data extraction, manipulation and structuring.
  • Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost) and/or R focused on data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks and cloud data environments/architectures.
  • Experience developing and applying propensity, churn and Lifetime Value (LTV) models, as well as segmentation algorithms.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
  • Knowledge of data model design and the structuring of analytical pipelines.
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experimentation methodologies.
  • Knowledge and application of generative AI tools, SQL/Python code assistants and AI stacks for CRM.
  • Ability to provide technical mentorship and communicate clearly with analysts and stakeholders.
  • Cloud/Data certifications (Databricks, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, Azure Data) or BI certifications are considered a plus.
  • Ability to deliver structured data storytelling for communication with leadership and executive levels.
  • Technical autonomy to define analytical approaches and prioritize requests with a focus on business impact.
