About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, structure, and execute paid digital media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Content Syndication) aligned with ABM strategies.
- Develop and implement media strategies for Enterprise clients, focusing on generating qualified opportunities for long and complex sales cycles.
- Configure and monitor measurement using tools such as Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- Act in a consultative manner with clients, translating business challenges into media tactics and elevating the strategic value perception of the project.
- Continuously analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks, fix tracking issues, and propose ongoing optimization plans.
- Produce quantitative and qualitative performance reports for clients, demonstrating measurement beyond media—such as attribution modeling and campaign incrementality results.
- Lead technical meetings with clients to present actions, interpret results, and plan next steps.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced/Fluent English.
- Advanced knowledge of media channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Content Syndication) and ABM strategies.
- Knowledge of measurement and tracking, including Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
- Basic experience with integrations between media platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, Eloqua or similar), including offline conversion tracking and lead qualification.
- Ability to structure strategies for Enterprise clients, considering long sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, ABM, and a focus on generating qualified opportunities (not just lead volume).
- Analytical mindset to investigate performance issues, identify measurement failures, and propose data-driven optimization plans.
- Knowledge of Google Merchant Center (feeds, diagnostics, and resolving disapprovals) is a plus.
- Consultative profile with strong communication skills for interacting with clients and other teams, translating business challenges into media strategies.
