About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate strategic needs from business areas into clear profiles and effective selection processes.
- Lead end-to-end Talent Attraction processes, ensuring quality, timeliness and a positive candidate experience.
- Act as a consultant to leaders, supporting hiring decisions and aligning expectations.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and support hiring closure decisions.
- Ensure a consistent recruitment experience aligned with GHFLY's Culture Code.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, funnel and SLAs) and propose continuous improvements.
- Support Employer Branding initiatives and active talent sourcing.
- Use data, technology, AI and automation to increase process efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Talent Attraction Analyst, with end-to-end recruitment responsibilities.
- Ability to understand business demands and translate them into assertive selection processes.
- Analytical, collaborative and proactive profile, with ownership mentality and results focus.
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews and working with leadership.
- Organized, strong communication skills and ability to prioritize.
- Experience recruiting for Tech roles.
