About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate strategic needs from business areas into clear profiles and effective selection processes.
  • Lead end-to-end Talent Attraction processes, ensuring quality, timeliness and a positive candidate experience.
  • Act as a consultant to leaders, supporting hiring decisions and aligning expectations.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and support hiring closure decisions.
  • Ensure a consistent recruitment experience aligned with GHFLY's Culture Code.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, funnel and SLAs) and propose continuous improvements.
  • Support Employer Branding initiatives and active talent sourcing.
  • Use data, technology, AI and automation to increase process efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience as a Talent Attraction Analyst, with end-to-end recruitment responsibilities.
  • Ability to understand business demands and translate them into assertive selection processes.
  • Analytical, collaborative and proactive profile, with ownership mentality and results focus.
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews and working with leadership.
  • Organized, strong communication skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Experience recruiting for Tech roles.
