About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor supplier payments;
- Support invoicing, collections, and receivables processes;
- Organize, verify, and file documents according to internal procedures;
- Assist with distribution of documents to employees;
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and vacation processes;
- Provide support to employees;
- Assist with benefits administration;
- Support management of the employee time and attendance system;
- Populate spreadsheets and systems with up-to-date information;
- Assist in organizing and providing information to managers and internal teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
- Basic English proficiency to understand technical terms used in the area.
