About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategically lead the Media, Data Intelligence, and Experience areas, managing multiple clients across different segments and maturity levels
  • Structure departments and internal processes, and recruit, retain, and develop high-performance teams with strong, motivational leadership
  • Accelerate growth of the current client portfolio and expand new revenue streams, such as establishing Retail Media and Offline Media lines
  • Strengthen strategic partnerships with leading publishers and media outlets in the advertising market
  • Manage success metrics and overall business health with an executive perspective, focusing on monetizing contribution margins across areas and clients, while ensuring achievement of success fees in current contracts
  • Lead the transformation and evolution of these areas by implementing Artificial Intelligence
  • Connect and collaborate directly with internal Account, Creative, Planning, and CRM teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Technical and strategic mastery of multichannel paid media—online and offline (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, GMP, Retail Media, TV, DOOH, etc.)—with a focus on both Performance and Branding
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/GEO strategies with an emphasis on content and technology
  • Advanced experience in planning, budget allocation, and data-driven optimizations (statistical models, advanced data analysis, CRO, and UX)
  • Technical expertise in Data Intelligence, with a focus on attribution and tracking (GTM, GA4, CAPI) and data architecture (Data Lake, CDP)
  • Ability to build performance narratives and deliver strong executive communication for reporting and recommendations to leadership and clients
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms (Claude, Gemini) and native media-buying tools
  • Preferred certifications: Google Analytics 4, Meta Blueprint, TikTok Academy, GTM (Google Tag Manager), and GMP (Google Marketing Platform)
  • Profile with high autonomy, strong analytical skills, level-headedness under pressure, flexibility, and proven people-management capabilities
