About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act strategically on client requests with a focus on servicing and managing the operation teams’ deliveries.
- Lead regular meetings with internal teams and with clients, translating the strategic plan into tactical steps and breaking it down into activities for the other professionals involved.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the correct flow of information.
- Ensure the quality of delivered materials and results to maximize client satisfaction.
- Provide strategic insights to the client, taking the business needs into account.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing projects and multiple accounts.
- Experience with strategic performance projects across different digital marketing areas, primarily media and creative.
- Experience with global-level reporting.
- Advanced/Fluent English – mandatory for the role.
- Intermediate/Advanced Spanish – mandatory for the role.
