About the role

  • Develop and maintain stores and digital experiences on VTEX IO;
  • Implement pages and components integrated with Prismic (headless CMS);
  • Create and evolve reusable, well-structured front-end components;
  • Integrate APIs and external services (payments, logistics, marketing tools, analytics, etc.);
  • Collaborate with UX/UI, Product, and Back-end teams to turn layouts and business rules into functional code;
  • Ensure technical quality, readability, and organization of the code;
  • Participate in code reviews and support less experienced developers when needed;
  • Work on bug fixes, continuous improvements, and performance optimizations;
  • Follow versioning, deployment standards, and the team's best practices.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with VTEX IO (Store Framework, apps, and customizations);
  • Experience with Prismic or another headless CMS (Contentful, Strapi, Sanity, etc.);
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and React;
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design best practices;
  • Experience consuming REST or GraphQL APIs;
  • Understanding of web performance (lazy loading, image optimization, bundling, etc.);
  • Use of Git for version control;
  • Experience working directly in production environments.
