About the role

  • Plan and oversee strategic e-commerce projects in a VTEX environment.
  • Lead implementations, migrations, replatforming and ongoing product/e-commerce evolutions.
  • Define and evolve PMO governance for e-commerce projects.
  • Serve as the VTEX subject-matter expert, supporting technical and strategic decision-making.
  • Manage scope planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management.
  • Facilitate alignment between technology, business stakeholders and VTEX partners.
  • Lead agile ceremonies and ensure delivery quality.
  • Create and monitor project KPIs and performance indicators.
  • Drive continuous improvement and advance agile maturity.

Requirements

  • Experience managing digital and e-commerce projects.
  • Experience working on VTEX Enterprise projects.
  • Knowledge of VTEX IO / Store Framework and e-commerce integrations.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and hybrid delivery models.
  • Experience in portfolio management and roadmap planning.
  • Ability to read technical specifications and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with management tools (Jira, Confluence or similar).
  • Strong communication, organizational skills and a consultative approach.
