About the role
- Build, consolidate and monitor the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
- Prepare and analyze financial performance reports, key performance indicators and executive dashboards.
- Support the company's FinOps (Financial Operations) management, focusing on cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Perform analyses by client, project and business area, including cost allocations and cost centers.
- Control and review fixed and variable costs and operating expenses, ensuring data consistency and traceability.
- Develop analytical models and financial scenarios, anticipating risks and opportunities.
- Work in partnership with directors and managers across areas, providing strategic information for decision-making.
- Continuously seek process improvements, automation and standardization of financial reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields.
- Previous experience in FP&A, Controllership or Financial Planning.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis).
- Experience with BI / analytical tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau or similar).
- Knowledge of FinOps, budget control and cost allocations.
- Strong communication skills, clarity in presenting ideas and ability to engage with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Organized, analytical and proactive profile, with strong prioritization and delivery capabilities.
