About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT specialists in staff augmentation and client-facing projects.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Delivery/Account teams to understand project needs and translate them into accurate candidate profiles.
- Proactively source high-demand IT talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and creative direct search methods.
- Act as a senior Talent Acquisition partner, advising Hiring Managers and stakeholders on talent trends, candidate availability, and hiring strategies, leveraging excellent knowledge of the Kraków IT market.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned with recurring staff augmentation needs.
- Keep candidate data up to date and maintain visibility of pipelines for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience while managing multiple hiring streams.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide insights on sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and talent availability.
- Support employer branding by representing the company at IT events, meetups, conferences, and recruitment initiatives in Kraków.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with solid exposure to staff augmentation, IT consulting, or project-based hiring.
- Proven track record in recruiting IT specialists for client-facing projects and fast-paced delivery environments.
- Strong sourcing expertise, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and advanced direct search techniques for niche technical roles.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating seniority in stakeholder management, setting hiring priorities, and driving recruitment outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, comfortable managing multiple complex recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals.
- Very good command of Polish and English, both spoken and written.
