About the role
- You support the HR team with operational personnel tasks, e.g., preparing employment references, certificates and assisting with onboarding.
- You contribute to operational benefits management and administer items such as job tickets and fitness subsidies, maintain the benefits SharePoint site and independently handle employee inquiries about benefits.
- You maintain and reconcile benefits reports, including invoice verification and communication with relevant departments.
- Depending on needs, you additionally support ongoing HR projects.
- You take responsibility for research tasks and prepare analyses and presentations.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in business, social or legal sciences with an HR focus, or a comparable degree program
- You are interested in a longer-term collaboration (ideally 12 months or longer).
- Initial practical experience in HR through internships or part-time jobs is an advantage.
- You are a team player, responsible and able to work independently.
- Openness, reliability and a friendly manner are expected.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and good English skills round off your profile.
