About the role
- Provide IT support and respond to service desk tickets
- Support end users and corporate devices (Windows and managed devices)
- Assist with user and access administration (Active Directory / Azure AD)
- Provide basic Microsoft 365 support (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Support implementation and validation of security and compliance policies (e.g., Intune)
- Log and document incidents and service requests
- Interact with internal teams and external vendors when necessary
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or completed a degree in IT or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows environments and networking
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Good communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn
