About the role
- Support the recruitment team in daily work
- Provide administrative support related to recruitment processes
- Create and publish job advertisements on the company website and external job portals
- Update and maintain recruitment data in internal systems
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Communicate with technical recruiters via MS Teams or other available channels
- Cooperate with other divisions across GFT (e.g. HR, Staffing)
- Support recruitment teams in activities related to candidate experience and recruitment events
Requirements
- Student status (preferably in HR, psychology, sociology, management or related fields)
- Interest in recruitment and HR processes
- Proactive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships
- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in daily administrative and recruitment tasks
- Communicative English (B2 level) – required
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Availability for part-time work (approx. 20 hours per week)
