About the role
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing implementation activities across all regions.
- Work with business and technical teams to gather, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Provide expertise on Wealth Management processes and platform capabilities; support integration with existing systems.
- Coordinate test planning, execution, and defect resolution to ensure platform stability and compliance.
- Act as a liaison between project teams, vendors, and business units; ensure clear and timely communication.
- Identify potential risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed.
- Ensure implementation aligns with local regulatory requirements in Luxembourg, Switzerland, and the UK.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and technical specifications.
- Prepare user training materials and guides; assist business users in updating workflows
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery aligned with validated requirements
Requirements
- Proven track record in implementing Wealth Management platforms or similar financial systems.
- University degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Management, or equivalent
- Relevant experience in Wealth Management platform implementation projects.
- Ability to analyze existing workflows and propose optimized solutions
- Strong Project Management experience (must); PM certification (advantage)
- Expertise in conceptual modeling and ability to envision solutions
- Knowledge of Agile methods and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Demonstrated experience in designing and documenting requirements in Agile teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to provide concise and constructive responses
- Independent, proactive, and high-quality work standards
- Ability to manage complex and ambiguous situations with minimal guidance
- Flexibility to handle multiple requirements efficiently.
