About the role

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing implementation activities across all regions.
  • Work with business and technical teams to gather, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Provide expertise on Wealth Management processes and platform capabilities; support integration with existing systems.
  • Coordinate test planning, execution, and defect resolution to ensure platform stability and compliance.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams, vendors, and business units; ensure clear and timely communication.
  • Identify potential risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed.
  • Ensure implementation aligns with local regulatory requirements in Luxembourg, Switzerland, and the UK.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and technical specifications.
  • Prepare user training materials and guides; assist business users in updating workflows
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery aligned with validated requirements

Requirements

  • Proven track record in implementing Wealth Management platforms or similar financial systems.
  • University degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Management, or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in Wealth Management platform implementation projects.
  • Ability to analyze existing workflows and propose optimized solutions
  • Strong Project Management experience (must); PM certification (advantage)
  • Expertise in conceptual modeling and ability to envision solutions
  • Knowledge of Agile methods and tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and documenting requirements in Agile teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to provide concise and constructive responses
  • Independent, proactive, and high-quality work standards
  • Ability to manage complex and ambiguous situations with minimal guidance
  • Flexibility to handle multiple requirements efficiently.
