About the role

  • Provide support for technical inquiries and issues relating to hardware and software
  • Answer incoming calls via the helpdesk hotline
  • Manage support tickets and document requests in a ticketing system
  • Record and maintain hardware inventory
  • Create new user accounts and manage user permissions

Requirements
