About the role
- Provide support for technical inquiries and issues relating to hardware and software
- Answer incoming calls via the helpdesk hotline
- Manage support tickets and document requests in a ticketing system
- Record and maintain hardware inventory
- Create new user accounts and manage user permissions
- Ensure the smooth operation of applications and hardware at the user/client level
- Participate in the implementation and support of hardware and software projects
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT or equivalent qualification (e.g., degree)
- Solid knowledge of client and server operating systems
- Good knowledge of relevant software applications
- Basic knowledge of hardware and network technologies
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Experience with ticketing systems and support tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer orientation
