About the role
- Build and scale our influencer marketing channel (D2C, performance-driven)
- Identify, outreach to, and manage micro- and macro-influencers
- Develop long-term partnerships and ambassador programs
- Manage and analyze campaigns using Linkster performance tracking
- Independently build processes, guidelines, and scaling strategies
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing (ideally in D2C e-commerce)
- Confident handling of tracking, links, and attribution
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on attitude
- High empathy with excellent communication and negotiation skills
