About the role
- You identify suitable influencers using Linkster/Storyclash, negotiate fees, and manage the partnerships.
- You build on existing offers, email templates, and processes and continuously improve them.
- Our earthing (grounding) mat is already a major trend in the USA and is ready to be scaled in the DACH region.
- Goal: build influencer marketing in a structured way to grow revenue from €100k to €1M per year.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset & hands-on mentality
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing (ideally in D2C e-commerce)
- Confident handling of tracking, links & attribution
- High empathy, excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong discipline & work ethic
