Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience supervising or leading a team in a heavy-duty diesel, fleet, or mechanical maintenance environment
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical diagnostics, and heavy equipment repairs
  • Outstanding organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize urgent repairs on the fly
  • Ability to bridge shop mechanics, operations drivers, and management teams effectively
  • Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located
  • Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License preferred, or willingness to obtain one with employer support
