Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience supervising or leading a team in a heavy-duty diesel, fleet, or mechanical maintenance environment
Deep hands-on knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical diagnostics, and heavy equipment repairs
Outstanding organization and time-management skills
Ability to prioritize urgent repairs on the fly
Ability to bridge shop mechanics, operations drivers, and management teams effectively
Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located
Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License preferred, or willingness to obtain one with employer support
