About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled mechanics
- Maintain high productivity and low downtime

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience supervising or leading a team in a heavy-duty diesel, fleet, or mechanical maintenance environment
- Deep hands-on knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical diagnostics, and heavy equipment repairs
- Outstanding organization and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize urgent repairs on the fly
- Ability to bridge shop mechanics, operations drivers, and management teams effectively
- Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License preferred, or willingness to obtain one with employer support
