Key responsibilities & impact

Command the Yard: Direct incoming trucks to the right spots for unloading—you’re the "air traffic controller" of the landfill.
Keep Things Moving: Help our customers get in and out quickly and safely.
Team Up: Work alongside heavy equipment operators (Wheel Loaders/Backhoes) to keep the site organized.
Be the Eyes & Ears: Spot potential hazards or incidents before they happen and report them to the team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid Driver’s License: Required to help move between sites when needed.
