Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of operational management experience, preferably in waste management, logistics, transportation, or a similarly fast-paced, rugged industry
- A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or a deep understanding of DOT regulations is a massive plus
- Comfortable with fleet routing software, GPS tracking systems, and the standard Microsoft Office Suite.
- You know how to earn respect on the shop floor and present clearly in the boardroom
- You manage with empathy, clarity, and accountability
