Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of operational management experience, preferably in waste management, logistics, transportation, or a similarly fast-paced, rugged industry
A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or a deep understanding of DOT regulations is a massive plus
Comfortable with fleet routing software, GPS tracking systems, and the standard Microsoft Office Suite.
You know how to earn respect on the shop floor and present clearly in the boardroom
You manage with empathy, clarity, and accountability
