About the role

  • Independently plan complex construction projects of all sizes
  • Regular internal and external communication and coordination meetings
  • Support project acquisition and the project application/tender process
  • Prepare tender documents
  • Regular reporting to senior management

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture
  • Registered with an architects' chamber
  • At least two references from public clients in the last 5–10 years
  • Professional experience in planning commercial projects and residential buildings (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, CAD drawing programs (preferably ArchiCAD) and BIM modeling
  • Loyalty to the team
  • Quick comprehension and high motivation
  • Class B driver's license (preferred)
