About the role

  • Scout the market to identify new customers and projects and develop long-term partnerships
  • Propose optimized technical and commercial lighting solutions using the PERFORMANCE iN LIGHTING portfolio
  • Work closely with architects, designers, electrical specialists, installers, developers, and other project stakeholders to ensure our solutions are specified from the early planning phase
  • Manage direct accounts, negotiations, and project follow-up through to successful closing
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and implementation, ensuring solutions are delivered as specified
  • Maintain accurate project and opportunity tracking in CRM and contribute to sales performance reporting

Requirements

  • +5 years of experience in similar position electrotechnical sales
  • Knowledge of the Finnish electrotechnical trade and engineering markets
  • Technical education in electric is preferred
  • Fluent Finnish and English language skills
  • Availability for frequent travel in domestic (driver’s license) and occasionally abroad
  • Good team player skills
  • Active, self-initiated, inspiring and positive attitude
