- Contribute to the installation process of devices and the resolution of technical problems
- Assisting in researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions as needed to resolve customer technical issues
- Giving technical trainings to resellers and customers when necessary
- Following and solving active projects in the field and technical expectations and problems of the customer
- To follow the technological developments related to the products sold and to inform the customer about the latest developments when necessary
- Providing fast and accurate information to customers
- Prepare technical submittals for consultants approvals.
