About the role
- Coordinate all stages of the proposal lifecycle, from the initial assessment (Go/No-Go) to final submission.
- Thoroughly analyse tender documents (RFP, RFQ, Specifications) to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, and risks.
- Define the work plan, assign tasks to internal stakeholders (technical experts, legal, finance), and monitor deadlines.
- Write, review, and format the narrative section of the proposal, transforming complex technical concepts into clear and persuasive sales arguments.
- Ensure that all documentation (administrative and technical) meets the required formal criteria to avoid exclusions.
- Update and manage the company’s content library (case studies, certifications, templates) to optimise future responses.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Communication, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in managing complex tenders or bid management.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in both Italian and English.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of e-procurement platforms (e.g., MEPA, regional portals).
- APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) certification is considered a strong plus.
