About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning and coordinating POS applications for new and existing customers
Ensuring smooth processes and efficient use of resources

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training in gastronomy/hospitality, a university degree, or many years of experience in the hospitality industry; career changers welcome
Prior knowledge of project management
Ability to build trusting customer relationships and provide tailored customer advice
Focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships
Enjoy teaching others and explaining complex topics in simple terms
Willingness to conduct online training sessions for customers
Quick grasp and strong IT affinity
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and subject areas
Independent, structured, responsible and solution-oriented working style
Ability to remain focused, friendly and calm under stress and time pressure
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in German and English
Additional foreign languages are an advantage
