About the role
- You are the primary point of contact for Payment matters for our clients, Gewinnblick locations and internal departments such as Accounting, Sales and Marketing.
- You advise customers on payment solutions and professionally support them from initial inquiry through contract conclusion.
- You prepare quotes and payment contracts, conduct contract reviews and ensure smooth processing.
- You support other departments, e.g. Marketing and Sales, with campaigns and sales activities.
- You actively contribute to the optimisation of our sales approaches and bring forward your ideas.
- You handle the sale of add-on services and ensure their correct entry in our systems (Odoo).
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally in the financial services sector – or comparable experience, e.g. in hospitality, office or service roles.
- Career changers & returnees with organisational talent, strong communication skills and a passion for customer contact are very welcome!
- You work independently, reliably and enjoy contributing as part of a team.
- Confident user of common MS Office applications.
- Experience with the ERP system “Odoo” is an advantage but not required.
