About the role
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the wind energy and related services sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person and virtual meetings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and service solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth strategy.
- Travel extensively (100%) to visit clients, project sites, and attend industry events.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field preferred (wind industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while traveling full-time
- Valid passport with the ability to travel throughout the North America
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
