About the role

  • Advising clients on data protection (GDPR, BDSG), information security, and AI governance under the EU AI Regulation (AI Act)
  • Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of management systems
  • Providing domain expertise and contributing to the content development of our management software
  • Developing, maintaining, and standardizing templates, policies, guidelines, and processes
  • Conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk analyses, and AI risk assessments
  • Designing, delivering, and facilitating workshops and trainings for business units and management
  • Designing and further developing e-learning courses (content, storyboards, subject-matter concepts)
  • Supporting audits, assessments, and certifications

Requirements

  • Professional experience in data protection, information security, and/or AI regulatory matters
  • Strong knowledge of the GDPR; ideally with initial experience of the EU AI Regulation (AI Act) and ISO 27001
  • Structured, independent working style with a strong quality orientation
  • Enjoy teaching and knowledge transfer, facilitation, and didactic preparation of content
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Excellent German language skills
