About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set plans and goals for assigned functional scopes and lead and monitor program execution to attain business goals
- Oversee day-to-day team operations and ensure completion of agreed tasks
- Lead forecasting activities and achieve the sales plan month to month
- Conduct field coaching and Business Review meetings for KAMs, KASs, SPM, and SAS personnel
- Review and approve resource allocation and investment proposals to ensure return on investment
- Perform training needs analysis, design curricula, and administer training aligned with Getz Sales Academy directions
- Set standards and define qualifications for Getz Healthcare personnel, screen applicants, qualify promotion candidates, and oversee induction and onboarding of new hires
- Interface with Business Partners and key customers to build business relationships
- Work with the credit team to ensure timely collection of accounts receivable
- Provide input into marketing program conceptualization
- Conduct semiannual performance appraisals and guide personnel toward performance standards
- Collaborate with the BU Head on budget preparation, incentive parameters, and KRAs
- Handle sales budget allocation and distribution across territories
- Assist with new business development and identify potential business partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Management, Marketing, or any four-year business/science-related course
- Master's degree or units are an advantage
- Minimum of 10 years' working experience in Medical Device, preferably in the Diagnostics industry
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
- At least 3 years of experience at managerial level
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations and Sales Force Effectiveness Training in the Medical Device/Diagnostics industry
- Knowledge of leading dynamic teams and managing a medical device/diagnostics business
- Ability to identify business opportunities and conduct business development
- Knowledge of the full Sales Operations cycle, including budget setting, territory management, and bid process
- Ability to conceptualize and execute Sales Force Effectiveness programs
