About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide end-to-end support for Getty Images’ Custom Content product, a professional crowd-sourced solution for creating exclusive content at scale
  • Support the pre-sales discovery process and provide subject matter expertise to drive new business opportunities and help sales teams close new Custom business
  • Support customers post-sale, including onboarding and familiarizing them with the proprietary platform
  • Manage conversations around creative briefs
  • Monitor contract timing to ensure full service utilization, client satisfaction, and effective renewal positioning
  • Collaborate with Creative content and production teams on brief execution and logistics
  • Liaise between Creative/production teams and clients
  • Work with enterprise sales, legal, and finance teams using company systems and processes to support service delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Business-proficiency fluency in Japanese and English is required
  • Experience in account management, customer success, or subject matter expert roles
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple short- and long-term tasks
  • Experience managing projects and delivery expectations under tight deadlines
  • Proficient to advanced computer literacy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Salesforce proficiency preferred
