About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Strengthen and grow relations with our community of creators
- Drive engagement strategies across AMER Custom Content projects
- Create and deliver recruitment and creator communications via multiple channels
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for creators
- Balance the needs of creators, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Manage creator inquiries, concerns, and escalations with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Work dynamically in collaboration with our North and South America Art Director teams
- Maintain detailed records and task organization across projects
- Develop and maintain close relationships with the creator community
- Stay in tune with industry trends
- Provide support for recruitment and engagement projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Experience and knowledge of the business of Photography and/or Film
- Experience in marketing, communications, production or community management
- Proven ability to co-ordinate and communicate professionally at all internal organizational levels, and externally, to drive projects to completion
- Dynamic problem-solving abilities combined with a keen attention to detail
- Strong customer service and relationship-management skills, with the ability to balance creator needs, customer expectations, and business priorities
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage
- Must be fluent in English
- Software: MS Office, Content and Project Management Systems
