About the role

  • responding to inquiries and educating our customers on our products by chat and email
  • troubleshooting problems for customers including technical aspects of web applications, automations and integrations
  • coordinating solutions with IT and management
  • helping customers build successful businesses by translating technical concepts into simple language
  • handling onboarding calls with customers

Requirements

  • have excellent language skills in English and Polish (at least C1 level); any additional language such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, French or Russian would be an asset
  • have online marketing acumen and basic understanding of how web applications work (e.g. APIs, integrations, data flow)
  • are open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace
  • feel comfortable navigating new tools, systems, and technical concepts
  • are naturally curious and enjoy digging into problems to understand how things work
  • have the ability to easily handle a number of interactions at the same time
  • have superior verbal and written communication skills and are ready to master your speed-typing skill
  • are an outgoing “people person” with an upbeat attitude
  • are ready for speaking with a customer over the phone/via Teams call
