About the role
- generating and qualifying leads through LinkedIn, industry websites, cold calling, and cold emailing
- qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments for Business Development Executive
- conducting initial discovery and qualification (BANT mindset)
- maintaining and updating CRM (HubSpot) with high accuracy
- acting as the first point of contact and representing GetResponse to prospects
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales in SaaS industry
- proven experience in high-volume prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- experience in Romanian SMB / mid-market
- strong communication skills and resilience in outreach
- native Romanian and English at a minimum B2 level
