• Shape how Boatsetter and Getmyboat show up in the world
• Own the communications strategy and translate business, product, and brand developments into compelling stories
• Manage and evolve communications for both platforms and drive differentiation
• Develop big-picture communications strategy and manage day-to-day execution
• Lead communications across thought leadership, SEO/AEO, campaigns, and new media
• Cultivate relationships with journalists, newsletter writers, and podcasters
• Generate coverage across business, consumer, lifestyle, and outdoor press, plus nontraditional media placements
• Partner with the CEO on thought leadership, interviews, speaking opportunities, and social media presence
• Collaborate with marketers and product managers to launch campaigns and features that drive interest, users, and bookings
• Translate strategic goals into narratives, communications strategies, and pitches
• Manage communications for product launches, company milestones, and data reports
• Partner with the Brand Marketing Director on brand storytelling, campaigns, and earned activations
