About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and professional positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters and assist with the offer process.
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings and onboarding activities.
- Ensure applicant tracking system (ATS) records are accurate and up to date.
- Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach efforts as needed.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and social media recruiting efforts.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Generate recruiting reports and hiring metrics as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and customer-service mindset.
- Must be willing to learn, be a team player, and deadline driven.
- Previous internship, customer service, administrative, recruiting coordination, or HR experience preferred.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS): UKG.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools.
