About the role

  • Responsible for technical design, development leadership, and architectural governance of Salesforce implementations.
  • Focus on custom development, complex integrations, and platform optimization.
  • Design technical architecture including Apex, LWC, APIs, and integrations.
  • Define and review coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Lead complex Salesforce integrations with external systems (ERP, legacy apps).
  • Architect data migration strategies and large-volume data handling.
  • Perform code reviews and technical risk assessments.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
  • Ensure security, performance, and scalability of solutions.
  • Mentor developers and provide technical leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Must-Have: Apex, LWC, Visualforce SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce APIs
  • Integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica)
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git).
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and security model.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
  • Good - Have: Certifications (Preferred) Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA – path preferred) Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
