About the role
- Independently engage with client leadership and lead project discussions
- Provide analytical leadership across multiple initiatives
- Support additional project needs as required
- Design, develop, and deploy analytical models
- Conduct A/B testing, causal analysis, and optimization modeling
- Perform rigorous model validation
- Execute complex data analyses and synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Develop executive-ready presentations and dashboards
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in Data Science
- Advanced SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling
- Strong experience working with databases and data warehouses
- Hands-on experience with Databricks for large-scale data processing and machine learning
- Proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI for visualization and reporting
- Experience with Git/GitLab for version control
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
