About the role
- Develop and manage an effective lead generation process
- Monitor and optimize funnel metrics
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Create targeted, audience-specific content
- Develop targeted campaigns for specific customer segments

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in growth or sales marketing in the B2B sector
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations/Communications, or a related field
- Ability to develop and implement B2B marketing strategies for lead generation and customer retention
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools
- Proficiency in creating data-driven marketing plans
- Strong skills in designing multi-channel campaigns
- Expertise in building and managing lead funnels
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams
- Experience producing compelling content in various formats
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Skills in data analysis and reporting
- German: Native/Advanced professional proficiency; English: Business-level proficiency
