About the role
- Analyze manual workflows and implement technical solutions using AI tools and integrated RPA solutions
- Formulate precise instructions (prompts) for AI and RPA models
- Connect the internal software landscape with external tools to ensure smooth data flow
- Analyze and provide sustainable solutions for technical issues in automated processes
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in an IT-related environment (e.g., system administration, application support, junior development)
- Demonstrable experience with tools such as Microsoft Power Automate (Flow), Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of interfacing (REST, Webhooks)
- Skills in working with data formats (JSON)
- Understanding of the logic behind ChatGPT and similar models to accelerate workflows
- Ability to decompose complex processes into logical individual steps
